Edooking was born in 2019 when the software engineer Samuel Silva realized that the international education industry was missing a platform that allows students to search, find and book education abroad. Samuel immigrated to Canada from Brazil in 2016 when he joined a technology company in Vancouver, BC. After 5 years living in Vancouver, Samuel moved to Charlotte, NC, USA where he currently lives with his wife and daughter. Edooking was created to be a one-stop platform for the international education industry, making the whole process of studying abroad simpler and easier. Samuel Silva is a computer science engineer with 12+ years of experience. He has worked with many different IT companies across Canada, USA and Brazil, including startups and IPO public enterprises. He gained experience in the international education industry when he joined Edvisor, a SaaS platform in the education industry. Samuel is passionate about technology and how it can transform the world.
